Swindon Down's Syndrome Group is holding a silent auction to give members of the public the chance to win some Swindon Town FC memorabilia.
The charity is giving people the opportunity to own signed and framed STFC shirts of Swindon Town football legends Don Rogers and John Trollope MBE.
Cliff Puffett, one of the charity's patrons, is responsible for organising this silent auction.
These shirts are one of only two originals produced. The other pair were sold at the 2020 Rotary online auction for the price of £960, with all proceeds going to local charities.
Don Rogers and John Trollope MBE will personally present the frames to the highest bidder from the silent auction at the STFC's next home game.
Individuals can make a bid for one or both of these shirts by emailing their ‘best offer’ above the reserved price of £250 per frame, to [email protected]
All proceeds will be donated to the Swindon Down’s Syndrome Group. The charity says the money raised will be used to provide speech and language therapy to children with Down’s syndrome.
