All proceeds from the Swindon North and Thamesdown Rotary Club event will go to the Olive Tree Cafe.
The Game Show Experience event will be held at Swindon Rugby Club, Greenbridge on Saturday, 13 November.
A club spokesperson said: "For a team of 6 players and pit your wits against similar teams, playing some of your favourite TV Game shows including Catchphrase, Name that Tune, A Question of Sport and Who Wants to be a Millionaire."
Doors to the Rugby Club will open at 6.15pm and the games will begin at 7.15pm and end at 10:15pm.
A licensed bar will be open and a Plougman's supper will be available.
Individual prizes will be handed out and the overall winning team of the evening will go on to participate in the Rotary Club's finale. The finale will provide the winning team a chance to win more great prizes.
Tickets are £20 per person and members of the public can park for free in the Rugby Club car park.
