Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust’s charity, Brighter Futures, has brought back its Cream Tea in a Box due to popular demand.
For a £5 donation, your workplace can have a cream tea delivered directly to the door on the morning of Friday, 5 July.
Each Cream Tea in a Box contains two plain scones, a pot of jam and cream and a tea bag so you can enjoy a cuppa as well.
Michelle Leighton, Community Events Fundraising Manager, said: “This is a great opportunity for colleagues to take a break to enjoy a truly British afternoon tea.
“Every penny will go to Brighter Futures, to enhance the care provided at Great Western Hospital and out in the community.
“We have a high demand for this event and expect it to sell out, so please do order your cream teas as soon as possible.”
There is a minimum order of five boxes per company in Swindon. Companies outside of this catchment area can organise collection from the Brighter Futures office at Great Western Hospital, Marlborough Road.
The deadline to order a cream tea is Wednesday 3 July at 5pm. Deliveries will then take place between 9am-12noon on 5 July.
