Former JLS star Aston Merrygold drew the crowds to the Wharf Green for the Swindon town centre light switch on - organised by InSwindon BID.

He was joined by Chris Jarvis and EastEnders star Michelle Collins ahead of their starring role at the Wyvern Theatre as the sky lit up with a dramatic firework display.
