Linden Homes Thames Valley is proud to announce its first ever Golden Ticket event, as part of the official launch of the Marketing Suite at the Abbey Farm development, in Swindon.

The event, taking place on Saturday 1 April, offers all who attend the launch the opportunity to receive £10,000 towards personalising their new home* on the development.

Those in possession of a Golden Ticket are invited to come along to the exclusive Marketing Suite launch event, and those who go on to reserve on the day will receive £10,000 to use towards making their new home their own. This incentive from Linden Homes Thames Valley is the first of its kind to be introduced at Abbey Farm, and comes as part of the ongoing initiative to help people find their dream home in the Thames Valley.

Launched in January 2017, the charming collection of three, four and five bedroom family homes at Abbey Farm and The Linden Collection at Abbey Farm have proven immensely popular with buyers seeking the best of both town and country. Located in Blunsdon, the historic village known for its rural charm has excellent transport links to nearby Swindon and many other attractions.

This sought-after village offers a lively community scene, shops, pubs, a church and a village hall as well as tennis, football and cricket grounds. Prices at Abbey Farm begin at £259,950 for a three bedroom semi-detached home.

Suzanne Irons, Sales and Marketing Director for Linden Homes Thames Valley, said: “The Golden Ticket incentive on offer at Abbey Farm is a hugely exciting prospect for potential homeowners and we anticipate great attendance at the Marketing Suite launch on the 1st April. Here at Linden Homes we have a real commitment to help househunters find their dream home, and we are thrilled to offer incentives such as this to help people find their new family home and really make it their own.”

“Now launched from nearby development Becketts Ridge, we are seeing increasing interest in the homes at Abbey Farm and would advise anyone interested to enquire sooner rather than later. For those with a Golden Ticket, we look forward to seeing you on the 1st April, to hopefully help you take the next steps towards your dream home!”

Linden Homes Thames Valley will be on site at Abbey Farm from 10am on the 1st April to launch the brand new Marketing Suite on site. The team will be on hand throughout the day to answer any questions and show prospective buyers the plans for the new homes on the development.

The new homes in Swindon are now available to purchase off-plan before the first homes are completed in Summer 2017.

As is standard with all Linden Homes’ developments, each property at Abbey Farm also comes with a 10-year NHBC warranty for peace of mind, as well as a two-year customer care warranty.

The development will be open daily from 10am to 5pm, alternatively to find out more about the incentives available at Abbey Farm and other Linden Homes developments around Wiltshire, contact or visit http://www.lindenhomes.co.uk
