Fancy a bit of art with your caffeine fix? A new monthly exhibition hosted at Baristocats on Commercial Road will give coffee drinkers just that.

Frames of mind is a monthly exhibition hosted by Baristocats, offering a grid-shaped display for each artist to submit a series of works.
From 4 November to 30 November the cafe will be holding its third exhibition with local conceptual painter Beatrice Mar presenting her exhibit 'When sharks feed on sandcastles' and it will be all new works.
She said: "'When sharks feed on sandcastles' is about how relationships are perceived through memory, they almost turn to optical illusions when romanticised and become intangible in time.
"In this case, our memory is the shark, feeding on illusions when it comes to unfulfilled, co-dependent, or even beautiful relationships that turned destructive."
Beatrice Mar is a visual artist from Athens Greece, she studied painting in Sydney, Australia and did her masters degree in fine art at Oxford Brookes University.
