On Saturday Swindon is invited to step into a different world as DJ Oni returns.
The performer will take over The Tuppenny in Devizes Road from 8pm to midnight for what is billed as a night of music, movement and Eastern-inspired atmosphere with free entry.
A spokesperson said: "Little is known about DJ Oni - but perhaps that is part of the fun.
"After very well-received gigs at The Tuppenny, Town Gardens and Wood Street earlier this year, DJ Oni returns to Swindon.
"What can be expected is a carefully-curated mix of city pop, funk, disco house, electronic music, bringing together sounds from different places and eras to create something unexpected.
"The concept for the evening is simple: Step Into the Sounds of the East. Guests are invited to leave the ordinary behind and experience a night where music, visuals and atmosphere come together.
"Those attending are also encouraged to embrace the theme - bring your masks, wear your kimonos and help create the atmosphere together.
"Whether you come for the music, the dancing, the curiosity, or simply to experience something a little different, DJ Oni promises a night that won’t feel quite like the usual Saturday night out."
