Cirencester’s Ingleside House has only just opened its doors as a boutique hotel but already has grand plans to become a leading light in entertainment and dining with the announcement of its first live shows planned for October.

By combining with its sister, the award-winning Barn Theatre and its already established onsite restaurant, Teatro, they will be hosting their first event, an award winning ‘Jersey Boys’ act, ‘Frankie’s Guys’ on Thursday 14 October and Friday 15 October celebrating the music of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons.

One month later Ronnie Scott’s performer (and dubbed the next Jools Holland) Piano Man - Tom Seals will take to the stage on Friday 19 November and Saturday 20 November. The new shows curators and hosts,

West End stars, Heather Lundstedt Price and Stuart Matthew Price will then look to wow crowds with their ‘Jingle Bell Rock’ on Friday 17 December and Saturday 18 December.

Stuart Price said: “We can’t wait to get started. It has been great to see what Ian Carling, Ingleside director and The Barn have been doing over the years and what they have done in recent times to keep going, keep spirits up and keep people entertained.

With the programme of shows we’ve curated; Heather and I aim to bring world class entertainment to Ingleside and continue the high-quality work they have been doing.”

Each show will take place in the grounds of Ingleside, in the newly equipped pavilion space behind Teatro’s Firepit garden dining area. Ticket prices range from £45-£60 which includes a three-course dinner prepared by the team behind Teatro. A limited number of non-dining seats are available from £35.

Ian Carling said: “This is just the start of our journey. We have great plans for 2022 and now that we have the hotel here as well, we are accessible to those wishing to come to the region for a theatre performance at The Barn and one of our new cabaret-style shows at Ingleside.

“We have developed an amazing team here and through The Barn alone we have trained and supported emerging talent within the arts, sponsoring young, deserving artists through music and drama colleges and helping support the careers of many talented performers.

"Entertainment at Ingleside is a new venture that broadens our offerings and serves to further strengthen our shared commitment to championing the arts in our local community and beyond.”

Tickets are sold through the Barn Theatre website at barntheatre.org.uk/entertainment-at-ingleside
