The National Self Build & Renovation Centre's doors have been closed for two months now, but they will be re-opening next month. The centre will be open to visitors from Wednesday 17 June.
As you'd expect, the centre, located just off the M4 at Junction 16, will be operating a little differently to ensure that you, along with exhibitors and the NSBRC team, are kept safe. The team are finalising their new visitor guidelines explaining how you can enjoy a safe visit, and they'll be sharing this with you - along with their revised opening hours - soon. In the meantime, NSBRC has been incredibly busy with their range of virtual events including Training Courses, Ask An Architect Consultations, Facebook Live Guided Tours and an incredibly successful Passivhaus Workshop. A spokesman said: "Over a thousand people have joined NSBRC on various webinars and their social media channels have been buzzing with activity. "It's been fantastic to be able to deliver information, inspiration and impartial advice using different online platforms and the feedback we've received tells us it's been appreciated while we have all been at home." |
