The workshops will return to the Wyvern Theatre and Drove Primary School this year.
Workshops will start this Novembe, working towards a final show which will be performed at Swindon Arts Centre from Monday 14 - Saturday 19 February 2022.
A spokesperson fort Prime Theatre said: "When This Is Over is a chance for UK Youth Theatre groups nationally to stage their lives: their past, present and future.
"Prime Youth Theatre members can contribute on or off stage depending on their skill, interests and availability. Each group will generate material for the play during their weekly workshops, alongside participating in drama games and activities. This material will be brought to life by more members in joint Wednesday rehearsals for those who can attend. Writers, designers and technicians will work across groups linking the show as a great, communal celebration of young creative talent."
Workshops will run from Monday 1 November - Friday 11 February, excluding Monday 13 December to Friday 31 December.
Prime's professionally-led workshops include all levels of drama exercises and theatre training. Everyone is invited to make friends, build confidence and develop performance skills.
Ages are said to be for guidance only. Membership fees include a 12 week term and contributions to the When This Is Over production. There are no additional fees outside the membership payment.
Prime Theatre says it believes everyone should have access to theatre. Swindon Borough Council help Prime to provide free places for any young person who is a Child Looked After, Care Leaver, has an EHCP or to any young person not in Education, Employment or Training.
A limited number of free and discounted places are available to those who are Deaf, disabled, young carers, receive free school meals or have a household income of less than £25,000.
