Making sure you drink enough water is important because it will help keep your skin hydrated and remove toxins from your skin, especially your face. Quit Smoking 

If you are a smoker and you want to have a wrinkle free face I have some unfortunate news - You cannot have both. Studies have shown that smoking increases the signs of aging and it can also cause other significant health concerns. If you are currently a smoker, you may want to reconsider because it can be very hard to get rid of wrinkles later in your life if you continue to smoke. 

Get a Good Night’s Sleep

 

If you want to have a nice-looking face, it is important that you get a good night's sleep. The rest of your body needs sleep to function properly and so does your skin. If you do not get enough sleep at night or if you are the type of person that has trouble falling asleep, you will want to seek help immediately because a lack of sleep can be very bad for the health of your skin.
