A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following a stabbing in Swindon overnight.
The man, who is 21 and from the town, is currently in police custody at Gablecross.
Detectives are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the serious assault and are continuing to try to locate further suspects.
Police were called shortly after midnight when the victim, a local man in his 20s, arrived at Great Western Hospital.
He suffered several stab wounds, but his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening and his condition is described as stable.
