Swindon is proving to be a popular location for first-time buyers and growing families, as housebuilder Charles Church announces plans for its latest phase of residential homes.

The development located on the northern edge of Coate Water Country Park immediately attracted buyers when Charles Church Wessex started construction in January 2015.

Now work is well underway on the development’s fifth phase in response to an increase in demand for affordable, new build homes.

The development of just 45 properties known as Badbury Park will consist of two, three and four bedroom homes.

Pauline Fletcher, sales and marketing director for Charles Church Wessex, said: “Our homes at Badbury Park have proved extremely popular, so we are delighted to announce that work is well underway on our latest phase.

“The development offers something for everyone in a sought-after location close to Old Town Swindon with its great selection of shops, restaurants and wine bars.  Ambitious plans are also in place to electrify the Great Western mainline, which will increase the number of trains from Swindon to London as well as slashing journey times.

“Buyers will also find a range of schemes available from Help to Buy, Home Change and Part Exchange to help them move with ease.”

Prices start from £214,995

The sales office is open from Thursday to Monday, 11am-6pm, or call 01793 689 082.
