Only a few homes remain for sale at a Swindon development which is nearing completion.
Bellway began work at Tadpole Rise off William Morris Way almost four years ago, and since then has been building a total of 201 homes across two phases.
With only a few homes remaining to be built, the final residents at Tadpole Rise are due to move into their new homes in October.
The second phase comprises 107 new homes, with 75 for private sale, and the rest provided as affordable housing for local people through rent or shared ownership.
Christel Hawkins, Sales Manager for Bellway South West, said: “Out of 201 properties being provided at Tadpole Rise, we now only have a few left to sell.
“This development has been popular for a number of reasons, including the location and access to the M4, appealing to first-time buyers and working professionals. However, Tadpole Rise has been especially popular with families.
“We have even seen members of the same family choose to purchase at the site after seeing how happy and content their relative has been with their new home.
“As a company we pride ourselves in creating developments which foster strong communities, which can be seen within Tadpole Rise. The layout creates a village feel, welcoming families and friends alike. The site is also a dog’s paradise, with green space around every corner.”
The properties remaining for sale at Tadpole Rise are four-bedroom designs, with prices starting from £444,500 for a detached Magnolia.
This property features an open-plan kitchen, a breakfast and family area, a utility room, a living room and a dining room on the ground floor. Bedrooms one and two on the first floor have en suite shower rooms, with the remaining bedrooms accessing the family bathroom.
Tadpole Rise is on the edge of open countryside but lies within a 20-minute drive of Swindon town centre’s shops, places to eat and entertainment facilities.
