Everybody living in Swindon't Broadgreen neighbourhood is invited to the Broadgreen Family and Community Environment Clean Up Day.
It will be held on Saturday 29 June and is being organised in collaboration with the Community Safety Partnership.
A spokesperson said: "Spend the morning enjoying a free breakfast bap, walking around your area and speaking with other locals while giving back to your community and restoring the natural ecosystem.
"You’ll be given full training before heading out to pick up litter around the area.
"You’re advised to wear comfortable clothes and all children should be accompanied by an adult."
The event will take place from 9.30am to 12.30pm at the Broadgreen Community Centre, Salisbury Street SN1 2AN.
