Swindon-based male choir The Wessex is to host an open evening for potential recruits in February.
A spokesperson said: "February 14th isn’t just a day to show your love of a partner. Perhaps, like us, you have a love for music or maybe Valentine’s is just not your thing!
"Why not take up something totally different and join our award-winning male choir!
"If you are over 18 years old and can hold a tune, WE WANT YOU!"
The recruitment evening will run from 7.30pm to 9.30pm at Royal Wootton Bassett Rugby Club, SN4 8DS.
The spokesperson added: "You don’t need any previous experience, nor be able to read sheet music. We will support you through your audition and learning for your first concert in front of an audience with the rest of the lads!
"The Wessex are a registered charity and hold several fund raising concerts throughout the year, as well as the occasional choral competition!"
