The latest report from NHS England has revealed that there has been no further deaths at Great Western Hospital from coronavirus in the last 24 hours. This is now the tenth day running without a death meaning the coronavirus death toll at Great Western Hospital since the outbreak began remains at 122. There has not been a coronavirus death reported at the hospital since 12 June. These figures are correct up to 5pm yesterday.
As of 4.29pm today there has been no new confirmed coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours in Swindon meaning the total remains at 467 since the start of the outbreak. In Wiltshire there has been one new case meaning the amount of people that have tested positive in Wiltshire has risen to 546. These figures are split by local authority.
UK-wide as of 9am on 23 June, there have been 8,309,929 tests, with 237,142 tests on 22 June.
306,210 people have tested positive. A rise of 874 from the day before.
As of 5pm on 21 June, of those who tested positive for coronavirus in the UK, across all settings, 42,927 have died. The Government has reported this as a rise of 171 in the 24 hours up to 5pm the day before as well as 109 further deaths from previously reported dates in April, May and June. Meaning a rise of 280 deaths in total.
