On 6 October, the Road Safety Partnerships will be supporting members of the community with young children, by offering child car seat checks.
The Road Safety Partnership are offering child car seat clinics in Swindon, Trowbridge & Amesbury at the start of October.
For the Swindon area, the event will be taking place at Greenbridge Retail Park on Thursday, 6 October. The checks will run from 10am - 3pm.
The team say anyone who carries babies or children in their car is welcome to come along for a free safety check. There will also be advice available on choosing and using the right seat for the vehicle and child or children.
Parents, guardians or carers will not need to have their child or children in the car, although the team say it would be helpful if they were present.
