Members of the Haydon Wick Parish Council have announced they will be extending the application deadline for their Christmas parcel scheme.
The parish council are now extending the application deadline for their gift-giving Christmas parcel scheme until Monday 12 December.
A spokesperson explains: "If you, a family member, friend or neighbour want to receive a parcel full of edible goods on Saturday, 17 December you can apply using the link: haydonwick.gov.uk/christmas-parcels/.
"Or individuals can by completing the short form inside your ‘Haydon Wick Living’ magazine (Winter Edition) and returning it to Haydon Wick Parish Council, Thames Avenue, SN25 1QQ."
The eligibility criteria for a Christmas parcel is as follows:
- Individuals living within the Haydon Wick Parish
- Individuals living alone
- Individuals over 70 years of age
