Swindon Police are appealing for witnesses following a robbery in Swindon, during which a man was stabbed and a bike was stolen.
Shortly before 10.30am this morning - 18 August - officers were called to Loxley Walk in Park South, after a man in his 20s was attacked by four or five men.
The victim suffered multiple stab wounds to his legs and arms, and he was taken to hospital for treatment.
His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
The force say the suspects made off with the victim’s blue and grey electric bike.
Detective Sergeant James Rodrigues of the Operation Fortitude team said: “Please be reassured that there is no wider risk to the public and we are conducting a thorough investigation to identify those involved.
“Any kind of knife crime is taken incredibly seriously.
“If you have any information that could help us, please contact us on 101 quoting log 89 of today’s date.”
