Delighted visitors to the Boishaki Mela at the GWR Park were treated to an array of entertainment.
The Mela succeeded in its aims of bringing all of Swindon's communities together and raising money for the Mayor's chosen charities.
The schedule included live music performances Black Kat GH, Shatabdi Roy, Momota and Baul Abdul Shohid.
There were cultural programmes held in association with Bangalina Swindon, dance performances, a fashion show, henna and face painting, clothing stalls, food and drink stalls and funfair rides.
The Mela was organised by Swindon Bangladesh Association and sponsored by local businesses including MB Cars Swindon, Biplob, the Khyber and Baraka Supermarket.
Funds raised will help to support the Mayor's charities - STEP Swindon and the Zam Zam Trust.
STEP Swindon helps young people around the town through therapeutic groups and activities, and Zam Zam Trust works to alleviate poverty in Bangladesh.
