The new make-up of Swindon's parish councils following elections

There are many new faces on Swindon's parish councils following the elections which took place on the same day as those for the borough councils.

The results for each of the parish councils were:
- Central Swindon South Parish - Central Ward: Junab Ali, Domingas Sebastiao Dias, Md Abdul Hamid, Janine Howarth and Roseanna Grace Leather, all Labour, were elected.
- Central Swindon South Parish - Eastcott Ward: John Paul Firmin, Patrick Michael Herring, Sam James Joseph Paul Pereira and Tomas Silberberg, all Labour, were elected.
- Central Swindon South Parish - Lawn & Badbury Park Ward: Rebecca Mary Banwell-Moore, Marianne LeCoyte Grinney and Graham Robert Frank Philpott, all Labour, were elected.
- Central Swindon South Parish - Old Town Ward: David Royston Griffiths, Neil Lawrence Hopkins, Linda Alice Kasmaty and Nadine Carol Watts, all Labour, were elected.
- Central Swindon South Parish - Park South Ward: Mike Davies and Danial Pascoal Vales, both Labour, were elected.
- Central Swindon South Parish - Walcot & Park North Ward: Saleh Ahmed, Steve Allsopp, Mohammed Jamal Miah and Trish Philpott, all Labour, were elected.
- Haydon Wick Parish - Haydon Wick Ward: Ellen Elizabeth Baker Lee (no affiliation listed), Golam Hayder Choudhury (Labour), Seyi Fateru (Conservative), Curtis Flux (Conservative), Maurice John Fuller (no affiliation listed), Richard Walter Hailstone (no affiliation listed), John Dennis Jackson (Conservative), Omkar Munagala (Conservative), and Ray Worman (no affiliation listed) were elected.
- Highworth: Independents Simon Charles Apps, Gemma Dennis, Ian James Durnin-Duffy, John Anthony Houghton, Natalie Jayne Key, Julie Anne Murphy, Paul David Newton Smith, Graeme William John Olley, Ken Saunders, Keith Smith, and Richard Williams were elected, as were Conservatives Nick Gardiner and Steve Weisinger, and Labour's Ann Lesley Gow and Fraser Murray Haines.
- Stratton St Margaret Parish - Coleview Ward: Jo Dilley, Barrie John Jennings and Tate Pullen, all Labour, were elected.
- Stratton St Margaret Parish - Lower Stratton Ward: Pam Adams, Charles Thomas Butcher and Zaman Mohorozzaman, as were Conservatives Arthur Roger Smith and Zoe Denise Smith and Independent Laura Janine Butcher.
- Stratton St Margaret Parish - Upper Stratton Ward: Andree Louise Murphy, Teresa Jessica Page, Timothy Martin Page and Ravi Venkatesh, all Labour, were elected, as were Conservatives David Oladapo Ibitoye and Ola Ibitoye.
- West Swindon Parish - Eastleaze & Shaw Ward: Mustafa Dayan, Labour, was elected.
- West Swindon Parish - Freshbrook Ward: Ertas Mustafa and Trish Philpott, both Labour, were elected.
- West Swindon Parish - Grange Park Ward: Conservatives Andrew William Swinyard and Caryl Ann Sydney-Smith were elected, as was Labour's Leon Paul Grother.
- West Swindon Parish - Middleaze and Ramleaze Ward: Junab Ali, Labour, and Nandini Singh, Conservative, were elected.
- West Swindon Parish - Peatmoor & Sparcells Ward: Labour's Rose Marie Llewellyn and Conservative Keith Robert Williams were elected.
- West Swindon Parish - Toothill Ward: Labour's Graham Frank Robert Philpott and Sean Wilson, and Conservative Tim Makofu were elected.
- West Swindon Parish - Westlea Ward: Labour's Peter Edward Bates and Conservative Suresha Gattapur were elected.
