A 26-year-old Swindon man has been jailed for four months for driving while banned and without insurance.

Swindon Magistrates' Court heard that Dominik Pietka, of Edington Close, was seen on 25 July driving at speed by a police officer on the eastbound carriageway of the M4 and was followed as he exited at junction 16.
His vehicle was stopped by specialist operations officers and Pietka was arrested for driving while disqualified and holding no insurance.
PC Craig Head said: “Pietka clearly has shown a flagrant disregard for previously imposed court orders.
"This custodial sentence sends a strong and clear message that such conduct is entirely unacceptable.”
