Detectives are continuing to carry out detailed enquiries following the incident in Toothill over the weekend.

A 32-year-old local man arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder has been interviewed and released under investigation. However, he has been recalled to prison for breaching the conditions of his licence.

This follows an incident at a property in Warneford Close, Toothill, shortly before 9.30pm on Saturday, 9 October, where shots were fired at a window.

Officers say nobody was injured.

Police investigation is continuing, and the force says people living in the area are likely to see an ongoing police presence while it carries out further enquiries.

Anyone with information is being asked to call Swindon CID on 101, quoting crime reference 54210098730.

Alternatively members of the public can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
