The proposed outline of the site
Plans have been submitted to build a substantial housing development to the North East of the A419.
Under the outline application, applicant Persimmon Homes and Primegate Properties plan to build a total of 1,650 homes on the site along with a new primary school, public open space and a road bridge over the A419.
The application will go before Swindon Borough Council's planning committee in December.
