The trust is urging parents to apply for their child’s primary school place before the deadline on 15 January.

Primary schools in The Park Academy Trust (TPAT) have been holding open days and welcome sessions for local families to help them make that all-important decision of which primary school to choose for their child.

TPAT primary schools are often full or over-subscribed so parents and carers need to get applications in on time to avoid disappointment. Staff have been holding a series of events to give families the chance to look around prospective schools so that they can learn about the education, care and facilities on offer.

All schools have held several open days or evenings and have offered a range of opportunities including stay and play, hands-on activities in each room and the opportunity to visit amazing Early Years outdoor areas.

If parents or carers were not able to attend any of the events, but want to visit TPAT schools before the 15 January, they can email Rachel Surch, Director of Primary, The Park Academies Trust: [email protected]

Gemma Piper, CEO, The Park Academies Trust said: “We know that choosing the right school for your child is a major decision and we hope that you have had the chance to look around some of our primary schools.

“We are very proud of the education and opportunities that our schools offer, both academically and pastorally to help all children reach their full potential.

“We hope that you will join us in September by applying to one of our schools.

“We would urge parents and carers who have not already done so to submit their applications before the deadline of 15th January.”
