PETER Kildemand admitted he’s beginning to feel like his old self after posting a four-ride paid maximum in the Robins 59-36 victory over Wolverhampton this evening.
The Dane recently sat out of all speedway for a fortnight after suffering a concussion riding in Poland, starting slowly on his return to action, but two wins and two paid seconds against Wolves saw Kildemand back to something approaching his best.
The Danish GP finalist produced two stunning passes to back Nick Morris up for a maximum in heat 10 and was pleased to be feeling good on the bike once again.
“It was a good win for us and everybody scored some points which was good,” he said.
“Everything seemed pretty good and we’re all stepping up now which is really important because the play-offs are coming.
“I feel much better tonight than I did last week and it’s all getting back to normal which is good.”
