Swindon recruitment firm County Recruitment has seen a continued need for workers across Swindon as businesses continue working to support the nation’s frontline against the virus.

In particular, County Recruitment has seen continued demand from Swindon pharmaceutical and health product specialist group Wasdell.

County Recruitment is currently supplying an additional 70 temporary members of staff a week to the business across both its Blagrove headquarters and the recently opened site at Groundwell Industrial Estate.

All temporary workers join Wasdell on a temp-to-perm basis with a permanent position on offer after 10 weeks.

Lindsay Brown, Director of County Recruitment, said: “Lots of businesses across Swindon are still working throughout the crisis and continue to look for staff to meet demand.

“We have supplied workers to Wasdell since 2016 and have placed many employees with them in this time helping with Wasdell’s phenomenal growth.  Many companies advertise temp-to-perm vacancies, which then don’t materialise at the end of the initial term, however Wasdell have a reputation for offering this opportunity, or allowing staff to continue working on a temporary basis if they want to keep that flexibility.”

County Recruitment, based on Commercial Road, Swindon, provides temporary and permanent staff to businesses across the industrial, commercial and administrative sectors.
