Free activities including access to gyms, swim sessions, trampolining, soft play and ice skating, are being offered by Better Swindon partnership this July.
On Saturday 20 July, Dorcan Recreation Complex are offering free gym access to Swindon residents all day and a rowing challenge. There are also taster swim lessons (book in advance as there are limited spaces).
On Sunday 21 July The Haydon Centre and Gym are offering free gym access to Swindon residents all day and a rowing challenge.
On Sunday 21 July The Link Centre will be putting on a free health and fitness challenge and a pickleball session with the Delta tennis team. They will also be a chance to try other activities for free, including a taster session at the trampoline park, swimming, ice skating and soft play. These sessions will need to be booked in advance due to limited spaces.
If you’re not already a Better member, you’ll need to sign up for a free account so that you can book in for any of the activities that will be available during the open weekend on Saturday, 20 and Sunday, 21 July. These will be labelled as ‘open day’.
Open day sessions can be booked up to seven days in advance for non-members and six days in advance for members.
