Are you struggling at work?  Are you in need of Mental Health support?  At some point in our lives we are all likely to struggle and things may reach breaking point.

Wiltshire Mind we want to reach people at the earliest point to provide help and support and are holding an Evening Support Group to support those, primarily who are in work but feel stressed, depressed, lacking in confidence or are just in need of mental health support.   The group has been set up to encourage people to come forward and seek help. Carolyn Beale, Chief Exec added: "At Wiltshire Mind we recognise how difficult it is for people in work to sometimes seek help and would urge people of any age suffering from depression, anxiety or other mental health issue to visit the group for a chat and a coffee. Those who attend find it very beneficial.”

The weekly group offers support, information and signposting to other services as well as friendship.  The group is held at Wiltshire Mind's offices in the High Street, Melksham from 6pm to 8pm on a Tuesday evening.  There is no need to book, just call in.
