Local group Incredible Edible are hosting thier annual Seed Swap event Saturday 17 February from 2pm to 4pm at Central Community Centre SN1 5BP.
Incredible Edible aim to connect the local community and budding gardeners, through creating edible plots using vacant spaces across Swindon.
Seed Swap is open to anyone who would like to see what the organisation do, or join in with one of their many community projects. All that is required are seeds to swap, or a recommended charitable donation from 50p per visitor.
Incredible Edible's treasurer, Lisa, said: "It is designed to raise awareness of what we do and also to allow gardeners to come together, and maybe try their hand at something different."
The annual Seed Swap also includes a selection of soft drinks and food throughout the day, giving guests the opportunity to socialise and understand more about biodiversity schemes throughout Swindon - www.edibleswindon.co.uk
