The volunteers who organise the Mad March Hare in aid of charity are leaping with happiness as entries for the tenth anniversary event start to come in.
They hope that MMH on Sunday 26 March will take their fundraising to over £100,000 in aid of Breast Cancer Now, Swindon & North Wiltshire Group.
MMH 10 will be a big celebration of what Swindon people can do together and everyone is invited to take part or support in fancy dress. As always, the 5km or 10km routes will start and finish at Lydiard Park Academy in Grange Park, taking walkers, joggers and runners on a circular route of West Swindon and through Lydiard Park.
“Help us make this special year a resounding success and come along with your friends and families and dogs too,” said MMH team member Kathy Doyle. “The Mad March Hare is a fully inclusive event that welcomes everyone to join in.
“As well as fundraising, the aim is to encourage people of all ages to get out and get active in a fun environment.
