Teenager charged in connection with Swindon stabbing

A teenage boy has been charged in connection with a stabbing in Swindon.

A 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with grievous bodily harm with intent, possession of an offensive weapon, possession of a Class B drug and affray.

He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Swindon Magistrates Court tomorrow morning (20/01).

Four others arrested in connection with an incident in Mattocks Path, East Wichel, on Friday afternoon, have been released on conditional bail while enquiries continue.
