Swindon Empire cinema fans will not be disappointed this coming year with the reveal of the Top 30 forthcoming Hollywood blockbusters, including hotly awaited action and adventure epic sequels and Disney family films.
The first half of the year will see the release of the long awaited sequel Trainspotting 2, the follow up to 2015’s Fifty Shades of Grey with Fifty Shades Darker and in March, family fun with Beauty and the Beast, a classic Disney re-make with voices from world famous Emma Watson as Belle and Dan Stevens as the Beast.
If that wasn’t enough excitement, then April onwards includes comic Sci-Fi adventure sequel Guardians of the Galaxy 2, the next in the series of Pirates of the Caribbean, Salazar’s revenge in May, and June brings back the Minion mayhem with Despicable Me 3.
The second half of the year offers an equally diverse mix, from the next sequel of the War of the Planet of the Apes series in July to the action packed Blade Runner 2049 in October and yet another blockbusting Star Wars sequel : Episode VIII, in December.
