The trip begins with a four day trek through the Himalayan foothills reaching 4000metres, you’ll also visit their partner charity based in the slums of Delhi as well as visiting the world-famous Taj Mahal.

This is not your average holiday. If you are looking for a challenge and a life affirming experience, then this could be what you are looking for.

Debbie Garraway a teacher from Kingsdown School joined YTA in India this April.

She said: “I was slightly apprehensive about joining a trip like this however it was the best decision I could have made; the trip is full of adventure and culture and the community projects we visited were so welcoming. You could not get better value for money - an amazing experience.”

YTA’s next trip is for two weeks in April 2018.
