UTC students achieve great set of results

Students at Swindon's University Technical College (UTC) are celebrating a great set of exam results thanks to the hard work of students and dedicated staff.

Joyston Fernandez achieved grade 7s in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and English Literature and technical Level 2 qualification in engineering and manufacturing.

Dan Cerpakovs beat more than 250 applicants to gain an apprenticeship with Catalent in Electrical/Mechanical/Maintenance Engineering, having gained good grades in Maths, Physics, Engineering, Manufacturing and Smart Product Design and Manufacture.

Liam will be studying A Level Chemistry, Maths, Computer Science and a Foundation technical Award in cyber security at UTC Swindon sixth form.  He exceeded his target grades & gained grade 7s in English Literature, Physics and Business, 6s in Biology, Chemistry and Maths, grade 5 in English Language and a Level 2 Technical qualification in Manufacturing. 

And Owen achieved the grades he needed to study Level 3 Engineering and IT at UTC Swindon sixth form next year. He has worked hard over his two years at UTC and was especially pleased with his GCSE English language result.
