Wiltshire Army Cadets paraded through Faringdon Park on 25 May dressed in their latest ceremonial uniforms.
The cadets recently attended the Altcar Music Camp for a week long course including the chance to parade with the Army Corps of Music Catterick and members of the Coldstream Guards.
The young musicians were then issued full British Army No.1 ceremonial uniforms (Approx £18,000) along with the donation last year from the Swindon Lions of the side drums and flute/Bugles.
Sgt Mike Coombs, who co-ordinates the Wiltshire Army Cadets Corps of Drums and Bugles, said: "This has been our first parade with this new uniform on and hopefully it will bring some much needed exposure for this talented bunch of Cadets. Especially as kids these days don't always get good publicity.
"These Cadets are also taught life skills like Emergency First Aid, Countryside code, drill and turnout (ironing their own kit), map and compass work, which they can carry through to adult life."
