Dan Walker, pictured on the right of
the group of youngsters, is the Link Centre's
ice hockey development officer. Dan comes tc
West Swindon after playing professional ice
hockey in the United States, although he is
Canadian by birth.
The Link Centre has already been accep
-ted in Devision 2 of the British National
League for the 1986/87 season which starts in
October. Dan is confident that he can build a
team of doing well, but he realises that sounc
foundations are vital. So he is attaching great
importance to his junior coaching sessions
