                                 AN OPEN FORUM


             MONDAY 21st NOVEMBER 1988,

                 Link Arts Studio, Link Centre


     After 3 years of operation, Link Centre is now firmly established in West
     Swindon, but as the centre develops it is increasingly important that the
     community has a say in the way it provides a service.

     The Council, through the Recreation Sub-Committee, is very interested in
     having your views on:
     the facilities, the programme of activities, prices, opening hours, access,
     cleanliness, advertising and the many, many other topics you, the customers
     and users, might like to raise.

     We want to hear your comments, criticism, suggestions and compliments.

     In the firing line will be:
     Councillor Tony Mayer - Chair, Arts & Recreation Committee
     Councillor Peter Brown - Chair, Recreation Sub-Committee
     Graham Swatton - Head of Recreation Services
     John Fisher - Link Centre Co-Ordinator
     Also present will be officers and member representatives from the Art Suite,
     Community Suite and Library sections of the Link Centre.
     Everyone is invited and will be most welcome to come along and contribute, or just listen to
     the discussions. If you are unable to attend or feel embarrassed about speaking in public,
     please complete the form below and we will ensure that your point is raised.
