in the biggest survey ever done in this area!

The Link Magazine is co-operating with

Thamesdown Borough Council to distribute
a questionnaire to every house in West Swindon
- to be returned by FREEPOST, no stamp is required.

To encourage you to reply, The Link is offering £100

in prizes to six lucky people who send back the
survey form with the reply sup printed below.
There is a £50 first prize and five £10 runner-ups.

Why this survey now?
V West Swindon is nearly 14 years old and with only a few more building years to go, there is
no factual information about what the people who live in the area think about it.
V Please answer as many questions as you can on the survey form printed in the centre
pages of The Link. Leave blank those you don't want to answer.
V Your reply will be treated in the utmost and strictest confidence.
V If you want your name to be entered into the prize draw, cut out the reply slip below,
seal it and enclose it in an envelope with the survey form. The slip will be immediately
seperated from the form when the envelope is opened.

The questionnaire takes about 15 minutes to complete. Most of the questions ask you to
tick in a box and a few ask you fill in a word or a number.
V Your help will be invaluable in helping to discover what people living in West Swindon think
about the community in which they live and the magazine that serves them.
V The closing date for the prize draw is Friday 28 April
