22nd October, 1990, sees the opening of our new Midland branch in Westlea.
This branch owes more to you than it does to us. You wanted longer opening hours.
There's an automated lobby service 24 hours a day seven days a week.
More room to move around in, was an obvious improvement. So obviously, we've
done that too.
Machines to help with simple transactions and staff to handle complex ones. You'll
find there's more of both. Together with a reception desk for enquiries and a private
interview area should you want a quiet word.
So if you have any more bright ideas about improving our branches, here's one
bank that would like to hear them.
