      Playgroup celebrates in a new home
   Greendown Playgroup has been relaunched in Grange Park, 15 years
   after it first opened at Greendown School.
     In April the school announced that the playgroup would have to
   vacate the Len Hobbs community suite because student numbers
   meant that the room had to be used to deliver the curriculum. A site in
   the school ground was offered, and rather than close down, or move
   elsewhere, the parents set about finding a building and moving it.
     After a summer of hard work and a great deal of stress, the playgroup
   reopened on 13 November in its own building on the edge of the school
   field. "It has been an incredibly hard six months, raising the money,
   getting the building moved and refurbishing it," said chair Jackie
   Morgan. "We are just so glad to be functioning again in our own place."
