    des mountains of Peru.
      One enthusiastic youngster is
    five year old Peter Newton from
    Nine Elms who already has sev-
    eral thousand stamps in a bin bag.

      His mother Jacqueline said, "Pe-
    ter was really taken by the televi-
    sion pictures from Peru and the
    story of how Quechan children can
    die if they do not receive simple

    children here.
      "He's had a lot of support from
    other children in the class and from
