    Sixth street festival to put Swindon in city groove

   Summer is festival time and in mid-
   July Swindon town centre becomes
   a mass of swirling carnival colour.

   and Canal Walk.
     Jaws will drop, children will
   scream with delight and teenagers
   will try to hide their amazement as

   eye and divert attention from the
   normal Swindon shopping experi-
   ence.
