Hreod steps out to fitness
Youngsters at Hreod Parkway School have been given a fitness boost,
thanks to a donation from Link advertisers Prime Bodies Fitness

The school has received fifteen steps worth some £500 which will
help give a modern dimension to aerobic exercise in PE classes.
Teacher Jackie Cross said, "the donation is fantastic, the girls really
love doing step exercises. We're all aiming for prime bodies with
them."
