Here's a great chance to

Sue Bickell runs monthly
belly dancing classes at
Holy Trinity Church. Shaw
Centre and she's inviting
women and men to come
along on Saturday 15 No-
vember for a sponsored
belly dancing class in aid of
Macmillan Cancer Relief.
"Belly dancing is a great
way to tone up the pelvic
fl oor, hips. knees and back
and to improve posture,"
said Sue. "My father died
from cancer last year and
we had tremendous sup-
portfrom Macmillan nurses.
