           Club to show some steel
   West Swindon Football Club will be playing with greater strength in
   the Wiltshire League Divison 1, now that they are sponsored by
   Purton based steel fabricating company EW Booth & Son.
     The club was formed in Rodbourne during the 1950s when that part
   of town was considered West Swindon. In the 1980s matches were                     cal
   played at Greendown until the club was promoted and had to move to                  the real
