Fresh over 50s
The Swindon University of the Third Age (U3A) invites anybody over
50 and not in full time work to a Freshers Fair to discover the range of
courses, lectures and group activities on offer.
The U3A offers groups covering a wide range of interests to
sti mulate the mind and keep the body active - from arts and crafts to
science and technology, history, languages. literature, music, dance
and recreation.
There are also regular social get togethers for coffee. lunch, lectures
and rambles.
The Freshers Fair takes place on Saturday 10 September, 10am to
f pm at Lawn Community Centre. Guildford Avenue.
