How to contact your local NPT
Send an e-mail directly via www.wiltshire.police.uk > policing in
your area > swindon
Or telephone the Wiltshire Police call centre on 0845 408 7000, and
asked to be put through to the NPT base. You might have to leave
a message if officers are on the beat.
Alternatively ask the call centre to send an e-mail for a team member
to pick up.
Tips
The NPTs are there to deal with minor crimes and local neighbour-
hood issues like persistant anti-social behaviour and use of mini-
motos on footpaths. Call the number above and make sure you keep
a record of when you did so in case you don’t get a response.
But if you are a victim of crime or have witnessed crime, call 999.
