                                                                       New services at Toothill medical practice
                                                                   In response to the popularity of its evening GP surgeries, the Phoenix
                                                                   Surgery in Toothill has launched an evening travel clinic and well
                                                                   woman clinic for patients registered at the practice.
                                                                     Practice nurse manager Sue Godfrey said some patients will find the
                                                                   evening clinics a lot more convenient. “The practice appreciates that it
                                                                   can sometimes be difficult for working patients to get a chance to attend
                                                                   for travel jabs, smears and well-woman advice.”

                                                                      MS centre still needs lots of money
                                                                   The big fundraising push is on to ensure that Swindon Therapy Centre
                                                                   for Multiple Sclerosis can meet the bills incurred for the conversion
                                                                   of their new centre at Evolution House on Westmead Drive, Westlea,
                                                                   as well as its annual running costs.
                                                                     The charity receives no NHS funding and relies entirely on support
                                                                   from business, community groups, schools, churches and individuals.
